We had our son's 2nd Bday party here and it was great! All of our guests were under the age of 3 and there was plenty of fun for all. We are actually looking to book his 3rd Bday here also since it is still age appropriate and the kids have such a good time there. Private bounce room allows kids and parents to really get acquainted. I looked into renting a themed inflatable for my backyard and that would cost over $200.00! Soooo much better to go to Jumpin Monkey. And they let you bring in the food so it is very affordable. They also helped me so much with setting up the room. Highly recommended.

My son Ben is 3 and autistic. The owner and staff treat us with nothing but kindness. The staff is very friendly,and they allow me to bring special food for my son. I watch my son very carefully, so I see what the staff is doing, and I have never seen a staff member be abrasive or rude to any child. They also moved the candy machines outside, and there are only 2 video games. Now I have a baby girl, and the staff is more than accommodating! The snack bar is just that a snack bar. If you want a drink, personal pizza, it's perfect. this place is for letting your kids have play fun. I go there once a week, and the bathroom has always been clean.

The establishment looked decent. The food was cheap in quality. Pizzas are the Totinos you but for 99 cents, but pay 1.50 per slice. The staff could use some customer service training. There's not much for children 1 to 3 years of age. The costume rooms are great, should have more variety and duplicate costumes.

The bouncers are really good and the kids have fun.It could use some more attentive cleaning.The bathrooms are not nice. It was better when they first opened and just had the bouncers. We cut down our visits after they added all the video games and candy machines.I want them to bounce not bug for quarters and paly arcade games.It is nice to take toddlers in the weekday mornings when it is less crowded. The costumes are a bit of a yucky concept.....germ city. We had a punch card and it worked out well. I would say 3.5 out of five.

Wow ! What a concept ! My daughter loved it and I got some work done. Nice and clean and very safe. Attentive staff who bent over backwards to help. Loved the balloons too.

Their Birthday parties are wonderful. Very friendly staff, nice and clean. Plenty of parking and the children really had a great time

The idea is wonderful, the staff is a little rough. They could be a little friendlier to the parents and the kids. The snack bar is a joke; it's rarely attended. Beware of the restroom. It could use a little TLC.

I thought that once they moved into a bigger location that they would change staff. I guess not. The food selection is a joke. Their people that work there are rude and very abrasive with the children in the establishment. I wish that they would hire better quality employees.
