I was very disappointed with this Dunkin Donuts today. They advertise an express thru dozen of donuts for the drive thru. I ordered this for an office meeting. When I got to work, I had a dozen of donuts. However, It was not the express dozen as advertised. If they were out of a particular donut, the customer should have been allowed to make the decision what to substitute. I did not get any Jelly (my bosses favorite, and the main reason I stopped)I work at an office. The donuts were for a meeting (grown people). We don't eat donuts with sprinkles on them. As a result. My money was wasted. Only 6 of the dozen were eaten. The rest were trashed. I tried to call the manager. The phone rang and rang. I checked the number and dialed back. Still no answer. This is very poor business!! We stop there quite a bit because so many pass that location on the way in to work. They need better training. The customer should have options, even in the drive thru.
