Dr. Spear is board certified in PM&R. Clinical areas of interest include headaches, head and neck pain, myofascial pain syndrome, non-allopathic mechanical dysfunction and sports related injuries, with conservative treatment emphasis of osteopathic manipulative therapy, peripheral musculoskeletal procedures, botulinum toxin, and fluoroscopically guided spinal injections.
