When he was running behind he would call to let us know that he was caught in traffic or being delayed. He did a screen in porch with a deck that was beautiful done. After completed the work and I had a rain storm Brian called me up to make sure everything was okay and to check if there were any leaks in which I did not have any. Brian finished my kitchen floor, about 300 square feet. He is very easy to work with, very explanatory, and very reliable. He was there for us until the job was finished.
