I was connected to Custom Maid via Cleaning for a Reason shortly after I began treatment for breast cancer. For the last 4 months, once a month Custom Maid has donated their cleaning services for free. During the most craptastic time in my life 2 lovely ladies have come to my house and made it sparkle when I couldn't muster the energy or physical ability to do so. They have always been very kind, genuinely nice and very thorough. I can't thank them enough. When I need cleaning services in the future or have friends that need a cleaning recommendation, I'll be using Custom Maid.
Custom Maid did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my house. I have been unable to clean prior to surgery and contacted Custom Maid because they received very good reviews from others in my neighborhood. I was not disappointed! Custom Maid has been cleaning my home for close to a year now and I am very satisfied! Every cleaning they do baseboards, tops of ceiling fans, and lift up my rugs and get underneath as well. They go beyond the surface and that makes them a cut above the rest. When I need to reschedule, they work with me. When I need an extra service like a full refrigerator clean out, they stay the extra time to get that done. They don't do laundry or dishes, but that's okay by me. That makes more time for them to concentrate on being thorough on my floors, bathrooms, counter tops, and everything else. Top notch service for fair prices!
We've only had a single cleaning so far but appreciate the professionalism involved by both the cleaning crew and Janet (she provided the walk thorough consult and quote). The rate is far better than any other in the area (bi-weekly and monthly) and is guaranteed not to rise for up to 2 years. In the past, we've had housekeepers announce the day of the cleaning that they were raising the rates up to 35% (like it was no big deal). The consult provided a written quote and specifics regarding exactly what would be cleaned. When the friendly cleaning crew showed up they cleaned everything that was agreed upon without me having to explain all over again. They also had no issues with our two small dogs being around them while they cleaned. So far I am very happy with the service!
I've been a happy Custom Maid customer since 1999. I have been pleased with the cleaning and customer service provided since day one. The staff in the office are eager to work with customers. They are professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They gladly work with the customer to reschedule the appointment if there is a change, and are accommodating with schedules and team preferences. I am pleased that I am scheduled for a set day and like clockwork, the ladies arrive at my door. The ladies I have had in my home are honest and trustworthy. I leave a key in total confidence. I have many collectibles and the ladies are careful. If something is accidentally broken, which is RARE, they tell me and insurance covers it. I prefer knowing rather than stumbling upon it later and I appreciate the professional attitude. I would recommend using Custom Maid without hesitation.
