I found the sales associates so much nicer than the actual Manager. The sales associates walk around the store greeting people and the last couple of times that I was in there once again the Store Manager wouldn't greet me or help me. Not sure how long this could last with creating good customer relations. Also, found a lot of bags over 2 years old that they were trying to sell. Some as old as four years! Be careful as they say nothing is over two years old.
