I have had 2 vehicles over the past year and a half that Audio One has installed for me.The first was a 2001 Taurus.The price that they quoted me was the price that I paid.That is not always the case with some businesses.The unit has been great and my kids love it.My 2nd time I had a unit put in my 2005 Explorer.Rick set up an appointment and they made it happen when they said they would.That is special also.They were very professional and I would recommend them to others !

I am thoroughly pleased with their service. Fair price, informative and just because you're a female, you're not treated "dumb". The latest styles in equipment, experienced installers and not weekend help. Would recommend them to my very best friend and if a stranger should tell me their looking for audio installation/service, I would send them to Audio One.

Great Job would recommend to others. Technician explained the procedure and answered each question. Is wonderful to come out to a warm car. I am now ready for the winter weather that we know is on it's way. Thanks again :)

Three words..."Go See Nick" Down at the Chesapeake shop. This guy knows what the customers desires. Spend time with him and he will introduce you to quality. I had a big project, no small install that included a custom build of a woofer box to match the interior of my truck without giving up any back seat room. Box expectations were to make an extension of the front center console AND they superceeded anything I had imagined! Their fiberglass guy had smiles from ear to ear with excitement on this job! Absolutely amazing custom work these guys are capable of. Their interest is in your interest. Respectful, these guys will give you the same courtesy you give them. As a side note for you electronics guru's, Nick's capable of doing the exact math for subwoofer enclosures and knows how to read an o-scope or spectrum analyzer. He knows his soundwaves and where they need to be before your sound cuts off or gets distorted. My salute to these guys, Best custom install I've ever had! Call Nick

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Took my car in and they did everything start to finish very quickly. I would definitely do business with them again.

I had a DVD player installed with them and was absolutely pleased. I had an appointment two blocks away. They opened at the time of my appointment. When I expressed that I needed to drop it off earlier so that I could walk to my appointment they insisted absolutely not. They showed up 15 minutes early, drove me and my children to my appointment and took the car back. I was told it would take an hour and it took almost two however they called me to let me know. The hole from the previous dvd player was larger than the new one and they were busy trying to find some materials to make it look nice without a hole around the dvd player! I much appreciate it. They came back to pick my children and I up and bring us back to the store to pay. It looked wonderful. 1 year later and all is well!!
