Just called for a tune up and they said 4 weeks at least....what a joke...Don't waste your time!

i think they do a great job. buddy in the front and daniel in service. was very helpful in taking care of my toro lawn mower. running great now. thanks for the assistance. bill martin

These guys are experts! They can fix the stuff others can't. They are busy all the time because they are so good. Residential stuff and commercial. I have trusted them for years with all my lawn equipment.

Great service A real willingness to help

Called in for a tune-up and oil change for the push mower I purchased from them and was told if I bought it in today, I could have it back in 4 weeks. 4 WEEKS? For an oil change. Call another place and set up a time to have it done the next day.....

Terrible service. Service manager is a jerk and will not own up to mistakes.

My experience with Aldridge and Chambers was, without a doubt, the most unsatisfactory, frustrating, unprofessional

and "guaranteed never to return" I have ever had in my 70+ years!!!

After holding my Lawn Tractor hostage for 2 days shy of 11 weeks (THAT IS ELEVEN!!!) , NUMEROUS calls by me for status and return date, and multiple "explanations" (and excuses), I finally had my tractor returned.

It was NOT well serviced! The belt now squeals when the blades are engaged! The lever to engage the blades is very difficult to release and operate! Neither of the headlights work, now; but they did work when the tractor was picked up to take to their shop!!

Obviously the tractor was not driven and blades engaged after their "2-bit" work for $312.00, or they would have called me to ascertain my interest in correcting the problems THEY should have identified while "tuning-up" the tractor!

What is a "tune-up" for?????

The business truly needs a more organized andeffective shop management program; a "Customer Service Program"---from the bottom up; and a Quality Control program!!

They could also use more mechanics; OR stop accepting work they cannot perform in a much more reasonable time!!

NEARLY 11 WEEKS!!!
