I am sad to hear that your service manager Mike A. is no longer with you. He was a GOOD man. Knew what he was doing Always help me and explained everything to me so I understood what the repair was about. I am very sorry for your LOSS. I do have to say since you got this new guy your Service Manager working for your company. Things have gotten done! I don't wait long for an answer when I am having a problem. He is always on top of things. He is honest and doesn't beat around the bush. Good job Mike! Happy you joined the company! from a very satisfied customer!
