Terrible drive in experience! I stopped in this morning prior to going to work to make a quick deposit that developed into a more than 10 minute experience! I didnt begin to track the time until I felt that I was waiting too long and then began to clock my time trapped in the drive-in line! I know for a fact that I sat from 8:06 to 8:15 plus, just to make a deposit!! When I finally was able to switch lanes, I found one of the tellers was chatting through the intercom about what clearly were personal matters with one of the other patrons. She was attempting to work while talking, but I would assume this is only exposing the bank to the possibility of financial errors at the end of the day. (Beside the obvious of customer complaints.) In addition, there was one customer that was in the first bay the entire time I was there. Apparently she was doing more than a quick withdraw or deposit. I think the bank needs to put a limit on the type of business that is conducted via the drive in wind
