I have used this hospital for a long time and they have helped many of my pets get over mutliple little injuries and illnesses. The staff is friendly and kind and the technicians take the time to go over everything in detail. This is an added bonus that I haven't experienced elsewhere. The doctors are knowledgable and good with my pets. I recommend east oak to my friends.

Had a great experience with them. My dog dislocated his shoulder during a financially difficult time for me and instead of charging me hundreds right off the bat for xrays, he was honest and said he didn't think my dog needed it. He was patient with my nervous pup and it turned out he was right about his diagnosis. He doesn't seem like he is in it just to get your money. He worked with me in helping my dog get back to normal. I would recommend this vet to anyone who wants someone who is honest and caring. I will be going back in the future.

I had the opposite experience with this place. I will not return. Had an emergency w my animal and they would not see her because their schedule was full. Had I not been able to rush her elsewhere, she would have died. Maybe its ok for routine visits, but this is not the place to go for an emergency.
