Wabash Foodservice was founded in 1950 as a coffee supplier. In 1961, the company expanded by warehousing and buying its own product lines. A food service and convenience store distributor, Wabash s food service line of products consists of fresh produce, meats and dairy items and its convenience store product line includes single-pick items such as groceries, health and beauty aids and candy and tobacco products. The Wabash Foodservice Convenience Store Division has full-time merchandisers on staff to help its customers start a store from the ground up with floor plans and rack programs. The division can also re-set an existing store if an owner feels it is time for a change. Wabash Foodservice is located in Vincennes, Ind.
