Ultimately disappointed. I ordered a new custom wood door for our old house. Tobin's was very nice to work with, they promised to save the antique elliptical transom above the crappy replacement door that a previous owner had installed. I was very excited about the door. We also ordered the handle set from Tobin and they were able to get the exact knob that I wanted. Everything was great until the installation. The door arrived unpainted with an excuse about the weather and that the painter would paint it in place. The paint is terrible. It is still unfinished. The door also does not close properly anymore. It was great that first week, but it gets worse and worse. My husband made the mistake of giving the painter the final check. They could care less about fixing the door or finishing the paint now. My advise is to watch them VERY closely and make sure your door is painted before installation.
