Shannon knows what she's doing and has an awesome personality! I've been going to her for almost a year now but I feel like I've known her forever! She always makes sure I'm completely satisfied with my hair before I get out of her chair! I've never been "not" satisfied. She listens to what I say and will give honest opinions!

Thanks to this place, I now have the worst haircut ever. I showed the lady a picture of what I want and she did the opposite. I now have a weird shag, uneven sloppy haircut that I didn't ask for. Don't go here unless you want to look horrible.

I have been going there for years and I have never ever gotten a bad hair cut, or a bad color. Excellent service!! And I will continue going there!!!

I went to go get a simple trim. Before I knew it, the girl had chopped my hair and "blended" it. I specifically said no short layers. I left with my hair wet not realizing how horrific it had been. I called back up and the manager gave me attitude saying, "Sorry, I'd glue it back on if I could, but I can't." I went back in to get it at least evened out, since they wouldn't give me back my money.

The manager then cut my hair crooked. One side is literally 3/4" shorter than the other side. My hair to be fixed by a real professional. After going in for a simple trim, I ended up having to cut off at least 4 inches in length off of my long pretty hair.

Spare yourself the attitude and bad haircut.
