On the ending of July beginning of August I was at this center taking my child for a check up and routine clean up. The doctor was knolageble of pediatric dental treatment but the staff was un successful at gathering my information properly. But after a couple of times of me repeating my information they manage to get it right, this was just the beginning; what really made me go ahead and write this review was the fact that while I was in there office inside the doctors office not the waiting area, I made the mistake of forgetting my wallet on the doctors counter while I was attending to my child, I forgot my wallet there for no more then 1 hour till I called the office and asked for my wallet. At first the receptionist acted like she did not know what I was talking about.. I described my wallet to her 3 times and still she placed me on hold while she supposedly went to there lost and found location and asked around if anything had been found. After a 10 min call she informed me she did find my wallet, I then went to the office to retrieve my wallet and come to find out my money had been stolen. When questioning the attendant there at the time she informed me ones she had found the wallet she gave it to the receptionist and informed her to contact me to let me know they had my wallet but the receptionist never attended to contact me. I never recived any call from them in that hour, I even verified if they had my correct number on file and they did but still no one called me. My money I had it in my wallet behind my license so it was not visible, in order to find my money they had to have gone through my wallet and given the fact that the receptionist there lied to me and the information given to me was falls it lead me to believe they stole my money there the staff of this pediatric dental office. I even requested to see there video footage but they informed me they did not have any...... I had a follow up the next month for my daughter but I canceled it and would not recommend this place to anyone if they had any dignity they should have at least try to contact me and make good on the theft that I in counter in there office but not even a sorry did I receive
