I asked for a AC service on 8/4/2010. The engineer came and replaced the Capacitor with $69.95 for diagnosis + parts. The AC started to run. But I said that the aire is not cool, we should check something else to fix the AC. He said we could but I had to pay ANOTHER $69.95 for diagnosis. What is diagnosis fee?
