Absolutely the worst experience I've ever seen dealing with a service

Beware of this dealer!! We went in and tried to buy my dad a truck and settled on a price and payment and when it came time to sign docs the interest rate was completely different and the price was more. Then when my dad asked "Jason" the salesman about it, he got mad and said "whatever I don't need this, we already sold enough cars today I don't need your business" and walked away. He and "Paul" the sales manager were rude and unprofessional the whole time.. Terrible experience, don't go there!
Take your business down the hill and get treated better
I have had my car serviced at Valley Hi Nissan. Alan in service is great. When I first went in there he checked for recalls on my car, (and there was a recall and Valley Hi Nissan took care of that) asked what was the problem I was having. He took care of everything, kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on and how long it was going to take to fix everything. I would recommend Valley Hi Nissan to anyone and everyone.
