The other day I purchased a dinning

room table from Hi Desert Furniture and was

told that if there was any

damage they would

replace it. Went I got

home, before even taking it out my vehicle, I noticed a crack on one of

the corners. I brought it

back and they said I

must have dropped it and

that they would not

replace it. I was accused

several times by them

that I did the damage even after telling them it never left the vehicle. I will not be going back there again.

These salesmen only want a quick and easy sale. If you ask too many questions, they get frustrated and either don't get back to you or give you incorrect information. I've been YELLED at and HUNG UP ON by Israel, the store manager. I can't believe they allow someone like this to manage a store. I feel even worse for his employees.

bought a complete bedroom set from them this weekend prices were great selection was even better very happy with what they had for a showroom floor prior to walking out we found a nice table with chairs and some other items tom the manager explained there lay awy to us so we decided to purchace even more we were very happy and will be going back in the future.

This furniture store was PERFECT, they stock a great selection of good quality furniture at great prices, The service was fantastic. They carry alot of Ashley's furniture and it is priced less than it sells for at Ashley's. This store is highly recommended
