The Court's record will confirm the motive for this vindictive review. Ms. Barrera became livid when she realized that I, as the Court's appointed lawyer for the children, and the Court's appointed licensed children's counselor, independently concluded that she was excessively guilty of attempting to alienate the children from their mother and maternal family contrary to the best interest of the children. Quite simply, she was instrumental in the loss of her husband's case. I was not her attorney, she was not even a party to the suit, and the case was settled at mediation by her husband without need of a trial. The court set and approved the fee and it is not yet paid.

Over charges! Claims to "understand children and families" yet placed children with a criminal without being able to confirm their safety and well being (the children had NEVER lived in the home) and proceeded to base this on unconfirmed false information. This attorney does not have the best interest of children in mind. Decisions are based on friendships and agreements with other attorneys. An extremely corrupt system!
