What a horrible place. The hair stylists are high school graduates with minimal training who do not know how to cut hair--only how to operate scissors. They will not wash, cut and style even if prompted to do so. Don't bother making an appointment--when you show up they will be too busy doing each other's hair and gossiping to even answer the appointment desk. And don't give them your contact info--the San Antonio office sends out obscene texts the next day telling you how good you look. LOL!
