      first and foremost i would like to say that quality packers lives up to its name for the fact that quality is thier specialty.settled in the historic downtown victoria district this catering company takes first in excellence,service,originality and most of all taste.the building is actually the first colored school ever built in victoria and the owners make it clear they are proud of the building and its african american roots.now lets talk about food anything ranging from brisquet,sausage,carne guisada,rice,beans,german potatoes,chicken,and anything you can think of can anyone say suckling pig?this catering company run by the limon family also has two of the last full turn rotisserie style cookers which means you are getting authentic texas tradition with hispanic american twists snd variations.so what it comes down to isthey are the best because when you have heritage,tradition,originality and a hispanic american family with true texan style methods behind a slow cooker it = perfect!
