I've been to alot of Popeye's (Ms,LA,AL) and the popeyes's in Victoria,TX has the worst service I've seen yet! I've just moved here and i want be going back. The ower came in and parked his truck sideways and almost blocked me in. With his attitude i now see why the place is run the way it is. I will also notify the national office of my experience. Also, the dirty rice was so dry i could shake it around in my bowl like it was'nt cooked. I visted 3 times thinking that it just was one bad visit but all 3 were bad. Good Luck!

This is the best chicken in Victoria! The manager, Maria, is always friendly and greets me by name. The drive through window time needs to be worked on, but otherwise, I think everything is great!
