We had transmission problem with the car I checked a couple of transmission places around town and they were all trying to trick me into a cheap rebuild and I called B&B Automotive and I spoke to Gordon Baker he told me to come see him so I did and I was not sorry he gave me a 100,000 mile warranty in writing 3 years parts plus labor I got a new transmission for at a reasonable price he did a GREAT!!! job .I highly recommend him to any one thats having car problems he also show me the differnence between cheap parts and fine quality parts I also got educated My Car is running GREAT!!! Hands down the best auto shop in Victoria! I have been to many others auto shops in Victoria and I don't want to point any fingers (dealers!) but B&B has always taken care of me - the first time I go. In fact, B&B is the only shop I trust to work on my vehicle and they guarantee their work longer than anyone else around for 15 months/18,000 miles in fact. That's the kind of quality B&B offers. Suffice it to say, whenever I have a problem or for just scheduled maintenance I will always go to B&B Automotive.

A local Shop that I went to, and man was I pleased with the service that Mr. Baker did. I would recommend anyone to him. Honest, fare, and friendly. Not to many shops in this town have them qualities; not to mention he does the job right the first time.
