      It is family owned and operated and the staff makes you feel right at home, like you are part of the family. They are knowledgeable of not only their inventory, but what is out there. If they don't have it, they can find it, OR they can make it. I had a pair of pearl drop earrings made...described what I wanted and they made my dream a reality! They can also refurbish old jewelry or create something new from Grandma's old ring. Such a wonderful store and I've had nothing but positive experiences with them over the past 5yrs.
