James "Buck" Durham, owner, became North Alabama's first member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and the second ASHI member in the State. ASHI is the most respected professional, non-profit, professional home inspection organization in the nation. JADE Engineering & Home Inspection proudly and completely adhere to the published Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of ASHI in all inspections. We also perform EIFS Moisture Intrusion Surveys, and Radon Testing using professional equipment. Besides Building and Home Inspections, we perform Structural Inspections. We do Onsite Structural Analysis/Design, Onsite Sewage Disposal, Test for Insect and Vermin Issues, plus Mold Issues.
