I went in for major work (2011).. Had to get it all redone in 2014..the reason people get in so quick to see Kamodia is because he very overpriced and incompetent. ..and the local people over the years have figure this out so hence he has a lot of openings for new victims. I took 12k and pretty much through it down the drain. I also witness a lot of turn over within the office ..I think sanjays wife has a lot to do with that..it's all about the money with this dentist ...trust me. If I thought I could sue this guy and win I would..but it's very hard to sue and win against a dentist..so it's a done deal and I got sucker.

Dr. Kamodia is the greatest! I have the most beautiful smile now and am so happy about how he took his time, made sure I was OK through everything and also made sure my new smile was exactly how I wanted it to look. I had immediate appointments, not like most dentists who make you wait for weeks at a time. I couldn't believe how fast he gave me the appointments. Kudos to the staff too. Lovely bunch of ladies and very friendly and caring.

I cannot imagine what that woman was writing about. I think she was talking about another dentist and got here by mistake. Each and every person at Gentle Dental Care is concerned with your comfort, happiness and lack of pain. I now have the most beautiful smile I ever had. I was always nervous when its time for dental check-up, my blood pressure goes sky high when I'm in the dentist chair. So when i found Gentle Dental Care and met Dr. Kamodia, that was my best experience ever. When he told me that i have cavity and need filling i wasn't happy. He told me not to worry, and to give him a chance. At the time of appointment, he was very patient and understanding, he took time to explain every step with Novocaine and drilling. During apt. time he would ask if I'm OK, do i feel anything. Just knowing that he cares if I'm in pain or not means a lot to me.I could feel that his interest is not just to make quick money BUT to make sure that i was comfortable and to change my experience so I'm not afraid anymore. Who knew that having filling can be pain free. I was amazed.Everybody at the office were very professional and willing to help. I would highly recommend Dr. Kamodia to everyone.

Emergency Appt. & Exemplary Service My wife fell directly on her front teeth during one of our many ice storms last year. It happened in the P.M. and she suffered with pain all night, barely sleeping due to fractured/broken/loose teeth. She called our Dentist office the following morning and was told they couldn't see her until 1:30pm!!! Keep in mind this is a woman who HAD a beautiful smile not longer than 24 hours ago, and now would have to wait approximately 5 mores hours to even get in to see our normal dentist. As her husband, I was outraged and called "Gentle Dental Care" on the Vestal Parkway due to their close proximity to our home. From the moment Marcia, the receptionist told me to "Bring your wife in immediately" my wife was treated in a professional, caring, and compassionate manner. Dr. Kamodia spent over 3 hours on my wife's teeth, bypassing his lunch and juggling his other patients around. Excellent dentistry provided. Thank you!

When his 2nd shot of Novocain didn't kill the pain while drilling (I felt a jolt of pain in my jaw!), he about complained about giving me another injection.. but gave it to me.. He knew I had MS and that the nerves in my mouth were weird.. didn't matter.. then when he started pulling two large molars it REALLY hurt my jaw BADLY and I asked for yet more Novocain, and he grudgingly gave it to me spilling it all over my mouth as he was injecting it.. obviously very upset at me.. I finally was properly numbed out though (this is why I HATE going to dentists!!!! MS makes everything weird with pain in my mouth) . When done he said, that was it, I made him to upset with my complaining about the pain and expressions of whatever throughout the procedure. He wouldn't finish treating me! I said, Oh yes you will.. here he's ripped out 6 teeth from my mouth (4 in front! 2 in back) and not made a plate for me, and he's telling me he will not complete the work.
