I spoke to Mark and he was more then helpful and patient with me. He offered me good advice and really cared to help me with my problem. Mark is very knowledgable and he was very respectful and nice which I really appreciate after dealing with not so nice contractors. Thank you Mark for being so wonderful and giving me hope :)
