Located in Verona, Wis., Verona School District is a grades kindergarten through 12 school district comprising Verona Area High School, Badger Ridge Middle School, Savanna Oaks Middle School and Verona Area Core Knowledge Charter School. The district has various departments, including curriculum, instruction and assessment, community services, facility reservations, child nutrition services, human resources, and student and technology services departments. The district provides various educational and enrichment programs for the children. Its student services department provides guidance counselors, social workers, special education coordinators, psychologists, and special education, early childhood and itinerant teachers. It also provides various services, such as speech, language, occupational and physical therapies, nurses and interpreters. The school district also provides transportation and nutrition services, and rents its facilities for community programs. It also operates Country View Elementary School, Glacier Edge Elementary School, New Century Charter School, Stoner Prairie Elementary School and Sugar Creek Elementary School.
