Augusta County Public Schools, located in Fishersville, Va., offers education to students in grades kindergarten through 12. It provides classes in various subjects that include science, fine arts, driver education, business, foreign languages, mathematics and physical education. The schools also offer subjects that include social studies and career and technical education. It has a library and provides a wide range of services that include academic guidance, career counseling, employment opportunity and scholarship information. The sports activities offered by the schools include basketball, football, cross country, soccer, swimming and wrestling. It also provides a variety of extracurricular activities, including band, choir, newspaper, the National Honor Society, a student council and yearbook.
