Keith I apologize and do not want to give any business an unwarranted bad review. When I said "off" I just meant the price seemed to good to be true but the pictures of the apartments looked great. Lots of times I will see a price, call and it's not what it seems. But thank you for clearing things up about the previous person who gave the review.

I reside at Blue Ridge Apartments and I don't agree with some of the reviews listed. I have been happy here for 5 years and love my home here. The complex is well maintained and beautiful. The residents are super nice and my neighbors are the best. The staff and owner are pleasant and very helpful in everything that I have needed. The complex is located next door to a school which is nice for the families that live here with children. The location is convenient to town and has a beautiful view of the blue ridge mountains. It is peaceful and quite here. If you visit the complex you will see for yourself how nice it really is.

Thank goodness for all of these reviews. I'm relocating from North Carolina and had no idea about this place. Saw the ad on Craigslist and thought the price and what you get sounded too good to be true and from the reviews I guess I was right. I would rather pay more than to put of with low life nonsense.I knew when I called something was off about the guy I talked with on the phone so I decided to do some research on these apartments. Glad I did.

I think that this is a wonderful apartment complex. The manager is always nice and extremely helpful. Jill always goes out of her way in every way. The person who wrote those bad review was evicted and everyone who lives here is glad they are gone. The service turn around time is excellent.

The Manager Jill Serrett is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, she is very loving and caring. All managers have a job to do with guidelines to go by and those that don't like her are probably trouble makers and are late on their rent or going to be evicted. Rules and regulations are made for our own safety and the safety of our children. If you follow the rules and pay your rent on time than there is no problem. If you don't understand something than ask questions. I am sure she will not mind. If the landlord needs to come to your Apartment you should not have a problem with it unless you have something to hide!!!!! Over all I think Blue Ridge Apartments would be a lovely place to live!!!

no one in their right mind would want to live here. jill, the landlord waltzes in & out of your apartments when you are'nt home with no notice what so ever. its more like a prison than an apartment complex. rent is raised every few months. gas & water are turned off for days at a time. the pool was made into a parking lot. you cannot smoke outside or you'll be "fined" & the eviction process will start. if you try to move or break your lease & she finds out, she will give you horrible references & then raise your rent. even though some apartments have new windows, opening them to get fresh air is strictly forbidded!!! there is a curfew imposed on the grounds for both adults & children. maintenance & random neighbors will enter your apartment at any given time as they see fit. if you need something repaired or replaced it sometimes takes weeks. water leaks spring up everywhere & you have to pay damages out of your pocket even though you rent, not own. just ask any one who lives here.
