This shop does business the way it is supposed to be done--with efficiency and cheerfulness. Having driven over 40 minutes to find Otto's, I was delighted that Tom and Larry were able to accommodate my repair needs on the spot. And they did it at a cost that was more than fair. From what I saw in just one visit, Otto's can handle out-of-the-ordinary requests better than others deal with the routine. When Otto's shoe store had to move out of Aspinwall I was really sad. However to my delight a couple of years later I discovered that the store had moved to Verona. The service is great - I now take all of my shoe repairs to Otto's again. Real quality work!

He does wonderful work and very quickly!
