We offer 24-hour electric gate code access for your convenience; most units have a minimum of 10’ ceilings, free pest control services are done monthly by a professional pest control company, and cameras and outside lighting are throughout the property with brightly lit hallways for your convenience and safety. Our professional office spaces have central heat and a/c and private bathrooms; our square footage varies from our smallest office, 325 sf in one room, to multiple rooms in a variety of sizes, approx 600-2000 sf.
