Alfredo Arrojas Alfredo Arrojas, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in complex joint reconstruction. Dr. Arrojas is experienced in robotic-assisted surgical technology for the replacement of the knee and hip. He is fellowship-trained in total joint reconstruction from The CORE Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, and served as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 2017-18. While attending the University of South Carolina, he earned the senior resident of the year award and resident research of the year award at Palmetto Health in 2017. Dr. Arrojas is fluent in Spanish.
