Horrible customer service! Had the misfortune of dealing with Pam Willard who was absolutely rude, as previous posts stated, neglect in returning any calls or emails and when she did, the lies came pouring out. Lies about repairs that had not been made, lies about whether the utilities were on, lies about having a mortgage commitment when there was none, lies about where the sellers lived to cover up for her own lack of response, poor advice. I'd highly recommend NEVER working with that office!
