Be very careful. I bought a chair with custom upholstery for almost $1000 dollars. I told the saleslady at the time that I was looking for a very soft chair because of hip pain. I tried several chairs and finally settled on the softest one and ordered it. It was delivered after about 6 weeks and the seat cushion was WAY too firm! Very uncomfortable! I stopped by the store to discuss bringing the chair back for a refund, but had to wait until the manager called me at home. According to him and the salesladies, I'm supposed to "break the chair in", sitting in it over a period of weeks until it gets softer. The chair in the store had been on the floor for 2 years, and that's why it was so soft. One problem with this is, it HURTS to sit in the chair. The other problem is, why wasn't I told about this before I bought the chair? Not one word about this was mentioned when I bought the chair, even though I specifically said I needed a very soft chair. I would definitely not have bought the chair if I had known ahead of time. The manager refused to take the chair back since it was a special order. I felt this was unethical and said so, and that I would be following up with complaints. His comment - "Go for it." So basically they have the $1000 dollars and I have a chair that I can't sit in. If you decide to buy a chair at this place, be aware that this uncaring attitude exists. And even though it seems logical, don't assume that the model you see and sit in at the store is going to be the same as the chair that you get. It could be very different, and good luck getting your money back!
