Once small outcomes are met Grace adds addition goals to augment the treatment plans. Grace has an extensive clinical background with training at the renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She spent five years as the Clinical Research Bionutritionist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and most recently was the Manager of Evidence-Based Practice at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has been exposed to cutting-edge research and techniques and utilizes this knowledge to help her clients reach their desired goals.
