I was scheduled to receive my package yesterday but after looking online and seeing you guys updated the status as "street address is incorrect or incomplete" I called today to verify my address. And after verifying that you did indeed have my correct address all along my package was still not delivered and the "new updated" status says once again "street address is incorrect or incomplete." My assumption? You have a new driver who couldn't find my house twice so proceeded to blame me for having the "wrong address." We've lived here for 6 years and regularly ordered product and have never had this problem. I'm very disappointed and irritated that even after calling and giving step by step instructions of how to get to my house you still couldn't deliver.

delivered package to wrong housed again 5 days later still nothing I don't believe they are even trying find it. I was forced to rate a star I wouldn't rate any star if given a choice.

My package is late again thanks to the Vernal UPS. I paid extra to get it here in one day. It arrived in Vernal in one day and has been stuck here for three. I called and they will not just let me pick it up. It is only 3 minutes away and I cannot get it.
