this is a martin pro series dealer...i bought a bow here...10 year warranty on bow through martin archery...had some problems with the bow and martin sent me back here for warranty work...at first it wasnt bad ...martin sent him parts and i picked up the bow the following week...i didnt like the fact that he charged me $26 for the warranty work on a brand new bow but that was not the end of it...the cams and strings were replaced and this did not fix the problem...had to take it back ...instead of contacting martin archery and explaining to them that this did not fix the problem this guy took it upon himself to modify the bow which in turn tied my bow up for two months and voided my warranty...luckily martin archery took care of the situation and traded me for a new bow...i think this could have been resolved by a phone call on the dealers part to martin archery... the bow was under warranty and martin has a very good warranty...if its something you cant fix the right way dont mess it up by doing things that void a customers warranty and remember you represent martin archery and it is a privlage to be selling their bows.....doing things like this give people the wrong image about martin....if its got a warranty and you dont know how to fix it send it to them and they will get it fixed or send the customer a new one...
