      I was quoted a rate to have a vehicle towed and was rather specific about where the vehicle was located. The driver got lost and went out of the way and ended up charging me $80 more than he originally quoted! It was bad enough being stranded for hours and having major mechanical expense. This just added insult to injury! I would have given only one star, but he WAS willing to drive out of the local area, so that deserves a star.
