Michelle, a Technology salesperson at Target's Main St. store in Ventura, gave excellent service to help with a non-working new Net10 Samsung Smartphone which I had bought there.. After 5 days, it has not yet been activated, in spite of many hours on the phone and faxes to Net10. Michelle, the Target Electronics salesclerk, assisted a Smartphone novice (myself) to "get rid of flight zone" which would have kept the phone silent. She juggled assisting several other customers while on the phone with Net10. This is a high-stress job with minimal staff. Kudos to Target and to Michelle! DonnaLou
