Having previously purchased a sofa sectional from Sofas Etc I went back recently to look for a rocker recliner. I like to shop local and give my business to family run stores. However, I won't be going back to this store again.

As other reviewers have said this store lets you wander around on your own and will offer help if you want it. The problem is the delivery service the store uses. The main delivery man was very opinionated last time, but during this delivery he was ill-tempered, unprofessional, and a downright jerk, going so far as to say my personal check didn't look real. I had paid cash in the store for this recliner! I have never had bad treatment like this even from a big box store.

When I called back to the store to let the manager know what had happened, she immediately excused his behavior due to heavy medications he was taking. Medications do not alter an already bad personality. What the store manager failed to recognize is that delivery service is part of the furniture business whether you like it or not!

If you do choose to shop at this store I would strongly suggest you take your purchase with you or make some other arrangements to have it delivered yourself. For the ill treatment we had to endure, I will take my cash and business elsewhere.

I walked in and was very surprised at the selection. Very friendly customer service and they really worked with me to find something within my budget. I also bought furniture off the floor so I did not have to wait for delivery. Very pleased and would recommend.

this store was really big and had a lot to chose from, the employees were great in helping me make my decision. i paid a lot cheaper price than another similar store

this store is huge and everyone was so helpful, it took me so many trips in there im just so picky since this is a long term purchase. they were very patient and helped me pick out a sofa to go with my new carpet and wallpaper. i got a great deal on the perfect sectional.

The store is so big and has such a great selection. If you can't find it here you just wont find it anywhere. I shopped for months before finding Sofas Etc. A friend told me about the store. I bought a sofa and loveseat and table set from Sofas Etc and I get complements on it all the time. I would recommend the store to everyone.

I bought my sectional from Sofas Etc. and I just love it. They have a very large selection and I received great customer service. It was a Great Shooping Experience!
