- I USE a combination of chiropractic massage. Trigger point therapy. MYO fascial release. Stretching. And deep tissue massage. Depending on what YOU are needing. I tailor each massage to each person. Whether it BE full body or localized to ONE area. And deep tissue or relaxing gentle strokes. MY goal. Through massage. Is to help facilitate relaxation. Reduce stress. Reduce pain. Improve the circulatory system. And help YOU improve the quality of your life. I believe massage CAN BE both healing and relaxing ALL while being pain free. YOU Don't need to GO for deep tissue in order to GET your body to release and Balance OUT. I USE steady slow pressure while concentrating on the Body's meridian channels and have HAD very good results AT getting even the tightest knots to release. I tailor FIT each massage to each Person's needs from the list of modalities I have learned and PUT into practice.
