      California Door and Hardware is located in Ventura, CA and founded in 2003 by Jim Roberts and Ken Beisel. Combined, Jim and Ken have been in the sash and door business for over forty-one years and have earned an excellent reputation within the local building community. They have earned this reputation through their dedication to relationship-focused sales. It is their belief that “people buy from people” and this is the philosophy in which California Door and Hardware is based. We aim to be the leading full service window, door and hardware retail supplier within Ventura and Santa Barbara counties. While our target customer is the General and Finish Contractor, we cater to a broad clientele including the walk-in customer looking for one doorknob, the do-it-yourself homeowner remodeling his or her own home and the general contractor and developer building custom homes, multiple housing or large commercial projects. Therefore, it is the company’s mission to help our customers succeed with his or her building project whatever the size. Our focus is to build long-term relationships and aim for repeat business from qualified general contractors, finish carpenters and positive homeowner word-of-mouth referrals. To do this, we offer fair pricing and outstanding customer service. Our goals include: Maintaining a knowledgeable sales and support staff who work together through all phases of a sales order. •Creating a showroom atmosphere that is clean, fun, friendly and inviting. •Striving to build better relationships by staying informed and involved in our community. •Generating sales by following the above guidelines
