I've held off writing this review until hearing back from Big Brand but have yet to receive a call. I ordered all weather tires and brought my car in for service. They said they ordered the wrong tires and suggested a pricier set that included a rebate. The rebate would "soften the blow" so I got the tires and submitted the form for the rebate. A couple of months later I received a letter from Michelin saying they do not have a rebate for those tires. I called Big Brand a few times and left messages but they never called back. So - before shopping here, be aware of their bait and switch tactics and poor customer service.
Their sales people are agressive hawks. They don't miss an opportunity. My bill for tires was twice the initial price of the tires. The only thing they don't charge for is the air--I wouldn't be surprised if they did.
