Been going to Ninja for classes for 10 years, with Ryan as my personal trainer a couple days a week. He's kept me healthy and fit, and as a Grandmom I've needed all the energy my training can produce. Just love it!! Amazing how one's outlook on life is predicated on one's health. Wish everyone had the opportunity to take a class (at $10, it's a steal!). Everyone you meet at the club is welcoming, no matter how advanced they are. You'll feel like you've made a whole new set of friends by the end of one class. Remember..attitude is everything.
