Established in 1973, Village on The Isle is a faith-based, nonprofit, full-service retirement community located on the island of Venice, Fla. Its facility includes more than 200 independent living units and over 100 assisted living quarters. The community offers a wide range of services, including 24-hour emergency assistance, laundry facilities, bus transportation, lighted parking lots, housekeeping, interior and exterior maintenance, and on-site health and wellness programs. Additionally, it offers several amenities, including health club, multimedia center, guest apartments, creative arts center, chapel and pastoral care, and library and computer rooms. Village on The Isle also offers recreational programs for its residents that include veteran s day program, Christmas bazaar, thanksgiving music program and birthday parties. The retirement community provides its services to more than 400 seniors and is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
