This is a terrible dealership. Customer service is non existent. Will try to have my warranty and service work honored at another Toyota dealer even if I have to rive 50 miles.
Our experience with Cramer Toyota , up to last week, had been strictly with the service department. They were always pleasant and willing to go out of their way to satisfy especially Joe Nostin. He was wonderfully helpful to my wife and I during many visits to your service department. Last week we purchased a 2014 Prius v. Our salesman, Omar Eastman, was the very best. He was knowledgeable, kind and vey very patient. We have purchased some accessories for our new Prius and David Murray of the part department was also extremely helpful to us. We will recommend Cramer Toyota to everyone that we know.

So many positive reviews and yet I felt like I needed to keep my hand on my wallet the time I was there. I like the car but am not real happy with the rest if the deal.
Had a Truly Exceptional Experience at Cramer Toyota with Brian Kramer. Would highly recommend them.

We recently purchased a Prius V and Brian, our salesman, was excellent in explaining all the details of the workings of the car, a lengthy test drive, and every detail of the purchase process as we went along. By far the best experience I have had purchasing a car in my 50 years of purchasing cars.

Had a great experience with Omar as a sales person. I was looking to lease a new Toyota or Honda and Omar explained the value of the Camry SE model by pointing out its features when compared to a standard Camry or Corolla LE. Due to a special end of year promotion he had the best deal on the perfect car for me.
My husband and I just got our second Toyota this year from Brian Kramer at Cramer Toyota of Venice. Brian is not satisfied until he has gotten you exactly the car you want and that you are happy with your choice. We will keep coming back to Cramer to buy from Brian. he makes the buying experience a joy. Don & Linda Hodson

My only complaint so far with Cramer Toyota is with the advertising they use regarding no credit no problem, no monies down etc. We have gone in several times with a person with a low credit score, and with $1000.00 dollars down and have been turned away. If you listen to the radio ad carefully there is no disclaimer at the end. I find these ads very misleading and border line fraudulent.
It's not my first time buying a car in the last 50+ years and the many dreadful past experiences were quickly erased from my memory by the services rendered to my husband, Peter and myself, Kathleen by a most proficient salesperson, Jonathan Cato.It's not easy to incorporate the best deal for the consumer while factoring in both needs verses finances. Jonathan knew exactly what we were looking for in a matter of minutes and put that knowledge to work for us. He came across straightforward, relaxed, knowledgeable and experienced. A man to be trusted and knew how to seal the deal. I would recommend him and your dealership as a positive to any of our friends. We are both so happy with our certified car. I'd also like to add I have previously walked away from dealerships with aggressive self centered salespersons. Thanks again to Jonathan & Cramer Toyota.

My family recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Tundra from Cramer Toyota of Venice. We stopped in to look at it and were greeted by Evans Lampos. He escorted us on a test drive educating us in all of the specs on the truck and the warranty the dealership offered. He was great, upfront, not pushy, sweet man! Of course we loved the truck and agreed to let them attempt to finance us. I told them our credit was ok, but more important, we needed to stay in our budget as far as the car payment went. <THEY DID IT> The loan also includes the 7 year bumper to bumper warranty and free oil changes for 2 years. We couldn't have been happier. There service was fantastic by all and they understood our goal, and met it. Thank you Evans and Cramer Toyota of Venice for helping our family buy a new car!
We purchased two cars from you and have been returning to the service shop whenever the cars needed maintenance. Everything from minor repairs to battery replacement to scheduled oil changes. On Thursday, 5/17/12, we brought out car in for a basic oil change. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes to change the oil! This was far too long, and it wasn't the only time it took an inordinate amount of time for an oil change. We are seriously contemplating going to another service location where we don't have to "cool our heels" for 100 minutes..
I recently bought a used 2007 Toyota Yaris Sedan at Cramer Toyota of Venice and am absolutely thrilled with my car purchase, as well as my experience, thanks to Fran Slump! Fran went above and beyond to make my purchase such a pleasure. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming, taking the nervousness/anxiety out of what can be a very trying experience! In fact, the entire staff treated me with genuine sincerity and respect, and for that, I thank you all! I definitely advise/recommend all family members and friends to visit their wonderful dealership. To top it off, my Yaris has tremendous fuel economy too! I've been getting approx. 35 miles MPGS and most of it is city driving! Handling and performance is excellent, lively and quick to respond while merging onto I-75! My Yaris runs awesome cruising at 75 MPH as well. I got the 4 door automatic and there is a lot of room. I love the IPOD adapter! What a great little car and very reliable. Instruments are easy to read, seats are firm, and adequately seats my family of 4.three sons all over 62. and the trunk space is pretty roomy for a compact sedan. Overall, I'm very happy with it, especially at the gas pump, and I owe it all to Cramer Toyota of Venice, especially Fran..Thanks a million Fran, youre the BEST!

I just purchased a new Toyota Corolla and had an excellent experience. Roger and Jeff were friendly, helpful, and knew what they were doing. They explained everything clearly, took their time to show me what I needed to know and answer my questions. This was night and day from my last car buying experience which was very painful. Their service is just fine but I really didn't appreciate the fact that they have Fox News on in their waiting room. I make it a habit of NOT patronizing businesses that do this. If you want my business don't insult me in the process. Do they realize that over half the people in this country don't watch Fox News???? And we don't like to hear hate being spewed over the airwaves while we dine, wait for services or anything else that we pay money for. Fox is a Republican propaganda machine that tells me Cramer does not want my business.
