My experience was not as positive as those reported. I went in seeking a polishing cloth. Nobody else was in the store so they weren't busy. I asked torn a cloth and was directed over to an area by the wall. I didn't 't see them amongst ll the other stuff hanging there. The sales person was obviously frustrated with me. I did not open the package right away as I was traveling. When I did open the package I discovered a used polishing cloth that was really gross. I had already thrown out the recept so did not attempt to return it. It went to the trash immediately. I will not return to that store for my musical needs.
