I can't begin to express my respect and gratitude for the incredible level of support and care that the entire staff of Take Care provided for my second cousin. Given her history and circumstances, I wanted her to have the best quality of life that could possibly be provided. From the first shopping trips and companionship of a few years ago, to the beautifully attentive care she got as she lay dying this week, your team of caregivers and managers left all of us humbled and deeply moved. And by far it wasn't only my cousin whom you supported. I could never have closely and effectively managed the care of a fragile, elderly woman from so far away without the guidance, attention, and support you gave me. This of this--a lovely, kind and bright woman's life was changed in the tenth decade of life, and she could never have had those years while living comfortably and safely at home without the care and guidance you gave. You are wonderful people, and I'll never forget what you did.

Hi Susanne, Two years ago, you helped my brother and me take care of our mother when she had fallen and broken her arm. She had dementia and gradually lost the ability to walk, talk, and eat. You answered our emergency call from California to meet and set up help for our parents who did not realize they needed it. I am writing to let you know that we are so very grateful to you. I just wanted you to know that we hold you in our grateful thoughts. You are truly an angel to help seniors, and their long-distance families, when they most need it. We will always remember you with great fondness and deep appreciation.

To the Staff of Take Care: I just want to give a big thank you to the staff at Take Care for providing such an invaluable service. My family has been using Take Care for my grandmother since 2006 and we could not have gotten by without you. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. I especially want to thank all of the schedulers who are always able to keep the home health aide schedule consistent, and make any schedule changes so quickly and flawlessly. I want to express my sincere appreciation to the Clinical Supervisor who has always been so responsive as well as to the four caregivers who have taken such excellent care of my grandmother over the years. I can't thank them enough for always treating my grandmother respectfully, caringly, and patiently.
