Great value and the best orange sauce ever! Our entire family has been going to Shoguns for years and it has been a first choice for seniors, adults, teens and kids alike.

My family and I have been to Shogun many times in the past 5 years. Although the ambiance might be a bit questionable, the food and service has always been consistent - good. Of course you could go to a more up-scale Japanese steak house in Sarasota, but you can get the same quality of food and "chef" entertainment for far less the cost here at Shogun Japanese steak House. I would recommend it to anyone whos is looking for the quality and freshness of the food.

Great food Great experience

First of all the section in which this is located just feels bad when you drive up. Inside they tried to make it look appealing, but is just looks dirty. We had a cook, which I know it has to be extremely hot cooking over the flat top, but he was sweating profusely onto our food!! For what we ate that hadn't been sweated on, it tasted as though the food was old. This was an all around horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
